About me
Joseph Busemeyer, GISP, is the GIS Applications Development Coordinator at Planning and Development Services of Kenton County. A University of Cincinnati alumnus, he holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Geography and a Master of Arts in Geography with a concentration in GIS. Joseph has been working in the GIS industry since 2004, building a career that has spanned engineering consulting and local government, and growing from GIS Analyst to his current leadership role at PDS — where he has been for over 19 years. As a certified GIS Professional and proud member of the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals, he specializes in GIS application development within the Esri software ecosystem, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Experience Builder, with additional expertise in web development and geospatial data automation.
