About me
Laura Egan Krauser is a geographer and Geospatial Research Associate at the University of Louisville's Center for Geographic Information Sciences. A Certified GIS Professional (GISP), she specializes in remote sensing, agriculture, and human-environment interactions, using geospatial tools to help researchers and communities understand and respond to environmental change. She teaches introductory mapping, GIS, and earth sciences courses at the University of Louisville. Driven by a passion for education and empowerment, Laura is committed to using GIS to create meaningful, community-centered impact.
